An Italian pizzeria favourite, this pizza is ready in no time at all. A simple cheesy base is cooked to crunchy perfection, and topped while hot with luscious slices of fresh prosciutto, simply dressed rocket and shaved parmesan. With a well-deserved glass of wine, we think it is the perfect end to the week!

Pizza Stone (Optional)
Place a pizza stone (if using) in the oven and preheat oven to 250°C until nice and hot. Spread pizza base evenly with pizza & pasta sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and 1⁄3 of the parmesan over the top and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Tip! When swapping the chef selected protein; adjust the cooking times and method to ensure your protein is properly cooked and therefore safe to eat.
Add 1⁄2 the prosciutto slices to the pizza, roughly tearing as you add. Place pizza in the oven (on a lined baking tray if using, or directly on the stone) and cook for 10-12 minutes until the base is browned and cooked to your liking.
While the pizza is cooking, place rocket in a bowl and lightly dress with the balsamic dressing, seasoning to taste.
Top the hot pizza with remaining fresh prosciutto slices, plenty of dressed rocket, and remaining parmesan. Slice and serve at once!
Tip! You can serve the rocket separately if you wish - but we think the rocket on top of the hot pizza is the perfect combo!
