It's two of your favourites combined - cheeseburgers and pizza! This could be the ultimate cheat night Friday dinner after a full on week of adulting. Ground beef and gooey cheese topped with sliced pickles and mayo - a tiny hint of veg with some cherry tomatoes on top. Pretty sure the whole family will be on board with pizza night this week.
  • 1 of Pizza Base
  • 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 100 g of Grated Pizza Cheese
  • 1 of Pickles
  • 150 g of Beef Mince
  • 1 150g Pack of Middle Speck Bacon
  • 50 g of Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 12 Tsp of Garlic/Onion Powder
  • 100 g of Cherry Tomatoes

Preheat Oven & Cook Mince:

Preheat oven to 250°C. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan on medium-low. Add the beef mince and garlic/onion powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes, using a spatula to frequently break the meat apart, until light brown. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Prepare Base:

Spread tomato sauce over pizza base and top with grated pizza cheese, with more on the outer edges than in the centre.

Add Toppings:

Cut bacon into 3cm pieces. Spread the cooked mince evenly over the base and top with bacon pieces. Place pizza in the oven on pizza stone or a baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes until the base is browned and crisp.

You Plate It:

Meanwhile, halve cherry tomatoes and thinly slice pickle. When the pizza comes out of the oven, top with sliced pickles and cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with mayo (to your liking). Cut into slices and enjoy immediately.
