Cheeseburger Pizza with Pickles, Cherry Tomatoes & Mayo

- 1 of Pizza Base
- 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
- 90 g of Grated Pizza Cheese
- 1 of Pickles
- 150 g of Beef Mince
- 50 x 50g Pack of Pizza Tomato Paste
- 1⁄2 Tsp of Garlic/Onion Powder
- 100 g of Cherry Tomatoes
Preheat Oven & Cook Mince:Preheat oven to 250°C until nice and hot. In a large non-stick pan, heat olive oil on low. Add the beef mince and garlic/onion powder. Cook, frequently breaking the meat apart for 3-4 minutes, or until browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Prepare Base:Spread pizza sauce over base and top with grated pizza cheese, with more on the outer edges than in the centre.
Add Toppings:Cut bacon into 3cm pieces. Transfer cooked mince to the pizza base, spreading evenly and top with bacon pieces. Add pizza to the oven, cook for 10-12 minutes until the bases is browned and crisp.
You Plate It:Meanwhile; slice cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice pickles. As the pizza comes out the oven, add pickles, cherry tomatoes and drizzle with mayo (to your liking). Cut into wedges and enjoy immediately.
