Earl Grey Crème Brûlée with Strawberries (2 serve)
A simple twist on a classic French dessert – we’ve infused the cream with some fragrant Earl Grey tea leaves. The subtle bergamot with silky custard is divine. Note: This dessert needs to be made 4 hours ahead or the day before. You can make this dessert using small ramekins or bowls, just as long as they are oven proof.
