Prosciutto & Parmesan Pizza with Rocket & Balsamic

- 1 of Pizza Base
- 1 50g Pack of Pizza Tomato Paste
- 50 g of Mozzarella (Grated)
- 1 100g Pack of Prosciutto Slices
- 1 120g Pack of Rocket
- 35 g of Parmesan (Shaved)
- 1 Tbsp of Balsamic Dressing
- 1 Small Bunch of Basil
Preheat Oven & Prepare Base:Place a pizza stone (if using) in the oven and preheat oven to 250°C until nice and hot. Spread pizza base evenly with pizza tomato paste. Sprinkle mozzarella and 1⁄3 of the parmesan over the top and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add Some Prosciutto:Add 1⁄2 the prosciutto to the pizza, roughly tearing as you add. Place pizza in the oven (on a lined baking tray if using, or directly on the stone) and cook for 10-12 minutes until the base is browned and cooked to your liking.
Dress Rocket:While the pizza is cooking, place rocket in a bowl and lightly dress with the balsamic dressing, seasoning to taste.
You Plate It:Top the hot pizza with remaining fresh prosciutto slices, basil (tearing leaves as you add), plenty of dressed rocket, and remaining parmesan. Slice and serve at once!
