Can I choose my recipes?
Yes! Each week, 12 new and original recipes are featured on the menu. They include healthy meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Each week you’ll receive an email with what our chef has selected for you, but you can always choose your own.

Where do you source your ingredients?
We’re foodies and demand the highest quality produce. All our meat and poultry are free-range. We responsibly source our seafood from WA waters (except for the salmon that comes from the cold waters of Tasmania). Working with farmers and other local WA businesses we pick and deliver the best quality produce available.
What is in the box?
We send all the ingredients you need to plate a delicious recipe at home, including any meats and herbs. We measure each ingredient to save you time and reduce food waste. It’s silly to send everything so we assume you have six basics: oil, butter, salt, pepper, milk and eggs.
Can I skip a week?
Yes! You can skip weeks or pause your subscription online.
Can you accommodate any allergies?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any serious food allergies.
