Pan
1 Make BBQ Pork
Heat a pan over low heat, add the pulled pork and stir until piping hot. Add the BBQ sauce and stir well to combine. Heat through for about 1 minute. Don't leave unattended as the sauce will burn.
2 Prepare Tortillas and Coleslaw
Heat tortillas by placing them on a hot pan for about 1 minute each side or in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix the coleslaw veg and chipotle mayo together.
3 You Plate It!
Fill warm tortillas with BBQ pork and top with chipotle coleslaw. Enjoy!
