Patane Produce is owned and operated by Michael and Pennie Patane, a 3rd generation farming family originally from the South West region of Western Australia. They now farm in Myalup: you’ve probably passed some of their fields when driving down south on Old Coast Rd.

They grow onions, carrots and potatoes.


Fresh herbs are an essential part of making our meals special. Brett Marinovich and his family grow herbs on a commercial scale at their four hectare property in Wanneroo, in Perth’s northern suburbs.

We buy in bulk from the market and hand-pack the quantity you need eco friendly cellophane or bio packaging.

Brad Ipsen
Broccoli & lamb

Brad Ipsen and his family run a broccoli and sheep farm called Twin Lakes situated near Manjimup, in WA’s southern forests region. The Ipsen name is famous in their part of the world, but Brad has focused on broccoli and lamb, establishing one of the most successful family run farms in the region.


The Trandos family has been growing in WA since 1939, now with Jim, Arthur and Michael Trandos at the helm, it remains a strong family run operation.

Their two locations, Broome and Gingin, allow the Trandos’ to grow top quality corn 12 months of the year.

For about 7 months of the year the Trandos’ grow their corn in Gingin, while Broome provides fresh corn for the 5 coldest months.

All our quality meats are sourced, prepared and packed by Homestead Meats. All our pork, beef and lamb is free-range. Plus, it’s grown, processed and packed right here in WA. Homestead specialise in WA meats and are experts in preparing and packing meats for specialty retail stores – you can find their fantastic quality product in some of Perth’s finest specialty shops and supermarkets.
Kailis bros
For fresh fish, we work with Kailis, who for more than 90 years have been an unrivalled leader in WA seafood. They provide us with access to the best seafood our state (and Australia) has to offer. We use a combination of WA line caught snapper and Tasmanian salmon. We selected to work with Kailis because their ethics regarding the catching, handling and treatment of fish completely aligns with ours.

You Plate It is run by 2 mates who are passionate about food and believe cooking a delicious dinner at home should be easy. We started You Plate It while working full time and struggling with what to cook after a busy day at the office. We realised many of our colleagues had the same challenge and the initial idea was born.

For us, making it easy is key. Something special happens when you cook a meal at home and share it with those close to you. By making cooking at home easy, we want to encourage everyone to eat at home more and lead happier, healthier lives.

We’re a local Perth business and although growing fast, as owners we’re still hands on; whether that’s going to the markets at 6am to choose the freshest produce or helping a customer over the phone.

We support other local businesses and always purchase from local farmers and producers first. We donate our leftover produce back to the community.
