These 5 minute satay wraps are the perfect option if you're wanting an extra quick meal that is bursting with flavour. Succulent chicken breast is coated in a delicious satay sauce and paired with fresh mint, crunchy coleslaw and cucumber. It's an irresistible fusion of Southeast Asian flavours that are both convenient and delicious.

Step 1

1 Heat Chicken

Heat a pot on medium heat. Add chicken and half satay sauce (keeping the other half for dipping) and heat through until piping hot, about 2-4 minutes. Cut cucumber into small batons. Pick mint leaves and roughly chop, discarding stems. Slice red chilli.

Tip! Alternatively you can heat the chicken and satay sauce in the microwave.

Step 2

2 Assemble & Fold Wraps

Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds to make them easier to fold. Divide chicken, coleslaw, cucumber, mint, chilli and peanuts (keeping 1 Tbsp of peanuts for dipping sauce) between tortillas. Fold tortillas by folding down the sides and wrapping into a tight parcel, burrito style.

Tip! If you prefer less spice remove chilli seeds or leave out the chilli completely to make the meal kid friendly.

Step 3

3 You Plate It!

Top remaining satay sauce with chopped peanuts. Cut wraps in half. Divide wraps between plates and serve with satay sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
