Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Ranch Sauce

Just like the classic Buffalo chicken wings, just on a pizza! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner and even better for movie night, this tasty, cheesy pizza is sure to please everyone. Trust us, every bite is delicous and will leave you wanting more with it's savoury and sligtly spicy flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 of Pizza Base
  • 1 of Chicken Breast
  • 70 g of YPI Buffalo Wing Marinade
  • 1 Small Bunch of Coriander & Flatleaf Parsley
  • 80 g of Ranch Dressing
  • 50 g of Blue Cheese
  • 120 g of Grated Pizza Cheese
  • 12 Tsp of chilli Flakes & Sweet Paprika

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1

Poach Chicken:

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the chicken in a small pot and cover with cold water and a pinch of salt. Poach over gentle heat until cooked through - around 12 minutes. Remove from water and allow to cool for a few minutes. Shred the chicken with two forks into chunks.

Step 2

Prepare Chicken:

Pick parsley and coriander leaves and finely chop (discarding stems). Add half of the herbs to a bowl with the wing marinade and chicken. Mix well and set aside.

Step 3

Make the Pizza:

Place your pizza base on a greased or paper lined baking tray. Spread the ranch dressing over the base reserving 1 Tbsp for garnish, followed by the shredded pizza cheese and marinated chicken. Crumble the blue cheese (entirely optional) and sprinkle evenly over pizza. Sprinkle chilli flakes and smoked paprika to taste.

Step 4

Bake Pizza:

Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and golden.

Step 5

Serve the pizza sprinkled with the remaining herbs and a drizzle of the remaining ranch dressing.
