Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel and small dice pumpkin, discarding any seeds. Pick rosemary leaves, discarding stalks, and chop. Slice bocconcini in half. Peel and mince garlic.
Heat a frying pan over a medium high heat. Melt butter and a drizzle of olive oil and then add bacon. pumpkin, rosemary and garlic. Turn heat to medium and cook pumpkin for 10-15 minutes until the pumpkin is tender and has browned.
Spread the caramelised onion over the pizza base. Top with bacon, pumpkin, bocconcini, and pizza cheese. Place in the oven on a baking tray or pizza stone. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
Remove pizza from oven and slice. Dress rocket with oil, salt and pepper. Divide pizza between serving plates and top with rocket. Enjoy.
