Ingredients

  • 1 of Pizza Base
  • 70 g of Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 120 g of Grated Pizza Cheese
  • 1 of Chicken Breast
  • 1 150g Pack of Middle Speck Bacon
  • 70 g of Brie Cheese
  • 1 of Red Onion
  • 50 g of Garlic Aioli
  • 40 g of Sundried Tomato Pieces

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1

Cook Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Heat a frypan over medium heat. Dice the chicken into small pieces approx 1 cm cubes. Add a splash of oil to the pan and add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Set aside for now.

Step 2

Prepare Ingredients:

Cut the bacon into 3-4 pieces per strip (keep it chunky.) Slice the brie, finely slice the red onion.

Step 3

Assemble Pizza:

Place the pizza base on a lined ovenproof tray. Spread with the pizza sauce and sprinkle over the grated cheese. Layer with the chicken and bacon. Arrange the Brie, sundried tomatoes and onion over the top.

Step 4

You Plate It:

Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes or until bacon is crispy and the pizza cheese has melted and is bubbling. Drizzle the aioli over the pizza. Allow the pizza to cool for a minute then slice and serve! See tip about the brie!
