This is a simple and hearty meal with just a little indulgence in it's sour cream mash adding the right amount of creaminess with just a hint of tanginess. We've used tenderloins for the ultimate quick cook protein with some healthy veggies and rich gravy to top it off.

Dice Dutch cream potatoes into 2cm dice. Trim broccolini. Trim green beans. Peel and slice carrot. Bring a pot of water to boil for Step 4 (Cook Vegies). Combine jus base with 3/4 cup cold water and whisk well to combine into a slurry.
Put potatoes into a small pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and simemr for 10-12 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain and mash well with sour cream, salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
Heat a frypan over medium high heat adding a drizzle of oil. Cook chicken tenderloins for 3-4 minutes each side until browned and just cooked through. Set aside. To the same pan add the jus slurry to the pan and simmer over low heat until thickened. Add the tenderloins back in and coat in the sauce.
Add the broccolini, carrot and beans to the pot of boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Drain well.
Tip! You can add some butter or olive oil to the veggies if you like.
Divide mash amongst plates, top with veggies, tenderloins and gravy. Dig in!
