A classic family favourite without any of the work! This delicious stroganoff is made up of tender beef, mushrooms and a creamy sauce. Served with a smooth mash and green beans this is a comforting meal the whole family will enjoy.

Peel potatoes and cut into 2 cm chunks. Cover with water in a pot, add 1 Tsp salt and bring to the boil. Cook for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes add green beans and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until veg is tender. Drain veg, keep green beans warm and mash potatoes with butter unitl smooth. Taste and season as required.
Tip! If you want a creamier mash add more butter and some cream.
In a deep sided pan on medium heat. Add beef stroganoff and heat through until piping hot, about 5 minutes. Season to taste. Pick parsley leaves and roughly chop, discarding stems.
Tip! You can also microwave the stroganoff on high for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until piping hot.
Divide stroganoff between plates and serve with mash and green beans on the side. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
