This is a classic! Pepperoni and mushrooms were made for pizza! Topped with sliced pepperoni, WA mushrooms, fresh capsicums and peppery rocket. It's so easy, making it the perfect meal for busy days. All the flavour and fun of a pizza without any of the work!

First Things First

Step 1

1 Pizza Base

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Slice capsicum removing seeds. Slice mushrooms. Evenly spread pizza & pasta sauce onto the pizza base. Sprinkle most of the cheese onto the top (keeping some for step 2).

Step 2

2 Add Toppings

Add pepperoni, mushrooms and capsicum (you may not want to use all the capsicum). Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place the pizza in the oven (on a lined baking tray, or directly onto a pizza stone if using). Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the base is browned and cooked through.

Step 3

3 You Plate It!

Lightly dress the rocket with olive oil and salt. Top the hot pizza with dressed rocket and serve at once. Enjoy!

Tip! You can serve the rocket separately if you wish - but we think the rocket on top of a hot pizza is the perfect combo.
