Who doesn't love a juicy burger! We've taken all our favourite elements and combined them in a delicious bunless burger bowl for a little bit healthier, protein packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of Beef Mince
  • 4 of Cheese Slices
  • 1 150g Pack of Middle Speck Bacon
  • 1 75g Pack of Baby Cos Leaf
  • 1 of Tomato (small)
  • 1 of Red Onion
  • 1 of Pickles
  • 14 Cup of Burger Sauce

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1

Prepare Ingredients:

Slice the tomato into thick slices. Finely slice the red onion. Slice the pickle.

Step 2

Cook Bacon:

Place a frypan on medium high heat and add the bacon, fry on each side until crispy.

Step 3

Cook Patties:

Heat another pan over hight heat. Divide the mince into 1 patty per person. Place the patties in the pan and smash them (gently) with the back of a spatula until thinner to get those crispy edges. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes before flipping.

Step 4

Add Cheese:

Add sliced cheese to the cooked side to each patty and continue cooking through until the cheese starts to melt and beef patty is cooked.

Step 5

You Plate It:

Place cos lettuce in bowls, add tomato, onion, pickles and bacon and patties, drizzle with burger sauce and dig in!
