Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the quiche for 1 minute in the microwave. Transfer onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Tip! If you have time you can add the pepitas to a lined baking try, toss with oil and season with salt, and toast for a few minutes.
Slice the pear. In a bowl mix together lettuce, pear, pepitas, crumbled fetta and salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
