Step 1

1 Make Mash

Preheat oven to 200°C. Put kettle on to boil for potatoes and step 3. Peel potatoes and cut into 2 cm chunks. Cover with boiling water in a pot, add 1 Tsp of salt. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain potatoes, add butter and mash until smooth. Taste and season as required.

Tip! If you want a creamier mash add more butter and some cream.

Step 2

2 Prepare Pies and Broccolini

Heat steak pies in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Transfer to a lined baking tray. Trim ends of broccolini, toss in olive oil and season with salt. Add broccolini to the same baking tray as the pies and bake for 10-12 minutes, until pies are crisp and broccolini has browned slightly.

Tip! Microwaving the broccolini in a covered dish with a little water also works well.

Step 3

3 You Plate It!

Mix gravy with 34 cup of boiling water, until gravy is dissolved and thickens. Divide pies between plates, serve with broccolini and mash on the side. Top mash with gravy and enjoy!
