This BBQ pulled pork pizza is so easy, making it the perfect meal for busy days. Topped with tender and juicy pulled pork, fresh capsicums and peppery rocket. All the flavour and fun of a pizza without any of the work!

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Slice mini capsicums removing seeds. Evenly spread pizza & pasta sauce onto the pizza base. Sprinkle most of the mozzarella onto the top (keeping some for step 3).
Add BBQ pulled pork. Add mini capsicums and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Place the pizza in the oven (on a lined baking tray, or directly onto a pizza stone if using). Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the base is browned and cooked through and the pulled pork is piping hot.
Lightly dress the rocket with olive oil and salt. Top the hot pizza with dressed rocket and serve at once. Enjoy!
Tip! You can serve the rocket separately if you wish - but we think the rocket on top of a hot pizza is the perfect combo.
