This viral Tik Tok fetta and tomato pasta is a super tasty dish the whole family will love. The creamy fetta bakes with the cherry tomatoes and onions creating a sauce in the same dish as the smokey paprika chicken. Big and little kids will love helping to make this fun family dinner.

Step 1

1 Prepare Ingredients

Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and roughly chop garlic. Peel and cut red onion into wedges. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Boil a pot of salted water for step 3.

Tip! If you prefer, you can grate the zucchini instead of dicing. Squeeze out some of the water after you have grated the zucchini.

Step 2

2 Prepare Chicken and Fetta

Pat chicken breasts dry and season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Add the whole block of fetta in one piece to the centre of the baking dish along with the red onion, garlic and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and oregano. The fetta can be salty so don't add salt at this stage. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Tip! If the fetta is in more than one piece, arrange the fetta close together in the centre of the baking dish.

Step 3

3 Cook Pasta

Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm.

Tip! When swapping the chef selected protein in this recipe, adjust the cooking times and the method to ensure your protein is cooked properly and therefore safe to eat.

Step 4

4 Mix Fetta and Tomatoes

Remove the chicken from the baking dish and slice. Squash tomatoes in the baking dish and mash with the fetta, onions and garlic. Mix together to create a creamy sauce. Add the spinach to the sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper if required.

Step 5

5 You Plate It!

Add the sliced chicken and pasta to the fetta and tomato sauce. Mix to combine and check seasoning again. Divide between serving dishes. Enjoy!
