This viral TikTok fetta and tomato pasta is a super tasty dish the whole family will love. The creamy fetta bakes with the cherry tomatoes and onions making a sauce in the same dish as the smokey paprika chicken. Big and little kids will love helping to prepare this fun, family dinner.
100 g Danish Fetta
200 g Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 Each Garlic Clove
1 Each Red Onion
2 Each Chicken Breast
200 g Fusilli Pasta

Baking Dish
Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and roughly chop garlic. Peel and cut red onion into wedges. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Boil a pot of salted water for step 3.
Pat chicken dry and season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Add the whole block of fetta in one piece to the centre of the baking dish along with the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and oregano. The fetta can be salty so don't add salt at this stage. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
Remove the chicken from the baking dish and slice. Squash tomatoes in the baking dish and mash with the fetta, onions and garlic. Mix together to create a creamy sauce. Add sliced chicken and spinach to the sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper if required.
Add the pasta to the fetta and tomato sauce. Mix to combine and check seasoning again. Divide between serving dishes. Enjoy!
