Get startedPrepare Sauce:
Preheat oven to 250°C. Place pizza base on a baking tray. Spread pizza sauce over the base and top with pizza cheese.
Prepare Ingredients:
Thinly slice smoked chicken. Pick basil leaves, discarding stems. Halve cherry tomatoes.
Top & Cook Pizza:
Top pizza with smoked chicken (see tip), roasted capsicum, basil leaves and all but a few tomatoes. Season to taste. Cook pizza for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp or cooked to your liking.
You Plate It:
Meanwhile toss rocket and remaining tomatoes with a little extra virgin olive oil. Flick mayo over cooked pizza, slice and top with rocket and tomato. Enjoy!
