Heat a frypan over low heat, add the pork and heat, stirring often for about 4 minutes. You can add a little dash of water if needed to keep it from sticking.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Cut the buns in half and place cut side down on the pan. Grill for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Mix coleslaw veg and mayonnaise together, season to taste. Slice tomato.
Load burger buns with warm BBQ pulled pork, tomato, cheese and coleslaw. Enjoy!
