Heat a frypan over low heat, add the pork and heat, stirring often for about 4 minutes. You can add a little dash of water if needed to keep it from sticking.
Tip! You can also pop the pork in a microwave safe bowl, cover with clingfilm and microwave until piping hot - approx 4-5 minutes but check and stir every couple of minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Cut the buns in half and place cut side down on the pan. Grill for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Mix coleslaw veg and mayonnaise together, season to taste. Slice tomato.
Load burger buns with warm bbq pulled pork, tomato slices, cheese and coleslaw. Enjoy!
