Deedpsided Pan
Heat a deepsided pan on medium heat. Add carbonara sauce and heat through for 2 minutes. Add peas, cook for 1-2 minutes until peas are heated through and turn bright green. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Pick parsley leaves and roughly chop, discarding stems.
Tip! Alternatively you can heat the sauce and steam the peas in the microwave until piping hot.
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add linguine and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and add to the carbonara sauce, mixing together until pasta is coated in sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
Tip! Pasta should be al dente, still slightly firm to the bite.
Divide pasta between bowls top with parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
