We have found succulent lamb shanks with a red wine and rosemary sauce which are ready in just 10 minutes! They have been cooked to perfection in a classic rich sauce delicately seasoned with rosemary they are accompanied by creamy mash and green veg. A classic meal ready in 15 minutes.

Cut potatoes into 2cm chunks. Trim beans and broccoli into florets. Add potatoes to a pot and cover with salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover with a lid. Simmer until tender (8-10 minutes). In the last 5 minutes of cooking add the broccoli and beans. Drain well. Add butter to the potatoes and mash until smooth. Taste and season.
Cut top off pouch and stand pouch in the centre of the microwave. Reheat on full power for 6 minutes and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Tip! Follow packet instructions for oven or stove top cooking.
Divide the mash and veg between serving plates. Top with the lamb shanks and gravy. Enjoy!
