We have found succulent lamb shanks with a red wine and rosemary sauce which are ready in just 10 minutes! They have been cooked to perfection in a classic rich sauce delicately seasoned with rosemary they are accompanied by creamy mash and green veg. A classic meal ready in 15 minutes.

Step 1

1 Boil Potatoes and Veg

Cut potatoes into 2cm chunks. Trim green beans and broccoli into florets. Add potatoes to a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover with a lid. Simmer until tender (8-10 minutes). In the last 5 minutes of cooking add the broccoli and green beans. Drain, add butter to the potatoes and mash until smooth. Taste and season.

Step 2

2 Cook Lamb Shanks

Cut top off pouch and stand pouch in the centre of the microwave. Reheat on full power for 6 minutes and leave to stand for 2 minutes.

Step 3

3 You Plate It!

Divide the mash and veg between serving plates. Top with the lamb shanks and gravy. Enjoy!
