Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and toss in a little olive oil.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Pick and chop dill leaves. Zest lemon and cut into wedges. Flake the salmon into chunks. Mix dill, lemon zest, Greek yoghurt/mayo and a squeeze of lemon juice from 2-3 lemon wedges.
In a large bowl mix pasta, dill dressing, tomatoes, rocket & baby spinach and salmon chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Divide salmon pasta between bowls and enjoy!
