Speedy Tuscan Meatball Hoagies with Garlic Aioli and Capsicum

Step 1

1 Cook Capsicum and Heat Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice capsicum. Heat a pan on medium high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add the capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pierce the plastic wrap on Tuscan meatballs container and heat in the microwave until piping hot, about 2-4 minutes. Be careful handling and opening the packet, it will be hot.

Step 2

2 Make Your Hoagies

Slice the baguettes down the centre, being careful not to cut all the way through. Place the buns on a lined baking tray and spread garlic aioli on the inside of each bun. Fill the buns with meatballs and capsicum. Top with cheese. Grill in the oven until the cheese is bubbly, golden and melted through.
