This supreme pizza has a hearty combination of smokey paprika chicken, chorizo, mushrooms, green capsicum and rich tomato sauce on a deliciously crispy pizza base. And don't forget the gooey cheese. Yum!

Preheat oven to 220C. Cut the capsicum in half and discarding seeds (you will have half leftover), then slice 1/2 the capsicum into thin strips. Slice mushrooms. Peel and mince garlic. Peel and thinly slice shallot. Peel and slice 1/2 chorizo (you will have leftovers). Pat the chicken dry and slice into strips.
Tip! If you are using a pizza stone, place in the oven to preheat.
Mix to coat the chicken slices with smoked paprika, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. When hot cook the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes, tossing frequently.
Tip! If you're swapping the chef selected protein; adjust cooking times and method to ensure your protein is adequately cooked and safe to eat.
Coat the pizza base with the pizza sauce. Place mushroom, chorizo, capsicum, shallot and cooked chicken on the pizza evenly. Sprinkle pizza cheese and dried oregano over the pizza and bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes, or until base is crispy and cheese is golden and melted.
Tip! Don't overcrowd the pizza with toppings or the pizza will become soggy.
Remove from the oven onto a pizza board. Slice the pizza and enjoy.
