Pre-heat oven to 200C. Place pizza base on a baking tray and spread pesto on top, leaving a small border. Slice bocconcini and scatter over pizza with grated mozzarella, parmesan and crumble blue cheese. Bake until pizza crust is crisp, golden and cheese is bubbling, 10-12 minutes.
Halve cherry tomatoes and add, along with mixed lettuce to the bowl. Dress with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
Remove pizza from oven, slice and serve immediately with salad on the side. Enjoy!
