Fry Pan
In a medium pot, bring 1 1?2 cups water to a boil. Stir in the jasmine rice, cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Keep covered with a lid and let the rice sit off the heat for a few minutes to absorb any residual water. Fluff the finished rice with a fork.
Mix cornflour and stir fry sauce together. Heat a fry pan over medium high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add stir fry veg, cook for 2 minutes. Move veg to the side of the pan and add prawns, cook for 3-4 minutes until prawns are opaque and cooked through. Stir in the sauce and cook for 1 minutes, making sure prawns and veg are coated in sauce.
Slice red chilli. Divide rice and prawn stir fry between plates, garnish with red chilli. Enjoy!
Tip! If you don’t like spice or to make the dish kid friendly, remove chilli.
