Frying-Pan
Add the egg noodles to the pot of boiling water. Cook for 4 minutes, or until tender. Drain thoroughly and rinse under warm water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
Heat a frying pan over a medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. When the pan is hot, add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are opaque and cooked through. Slice the chilli and add to the pan (to taste) with the noodles and satay sauce. Toss together until ingredients are well coated in the sauce.
Divide satay prawn noodles between serving bowls and top with the crunchy coleslaw and any remaining chilli.
Tip! If you prefer you can mix the slaw through the noodles.
