Ignite your taste buds with our Spicy Veg Pizza. This flavoursome pizza starts with a rustic sourdough base, topped with our signature pizza sauce and a generous layer of melted cheese. It’s then loaded with fresh vegetables: crisp green capsicum, sweet shallots, fresh spinach and earthy mushrooms. The heat comes from fiery pickled jalapenos and a drizzle of spicy peri peri mayonnaise, all balanced by the sweet, juicy burst of fresh tomatoes.

Lined Baking Tray or Pizza Stone
Preheat oven to 220C. Dice capsicum (you may not want to use all the capsicum - see tips), discarding seeds. Dice tomato. Chop jalapenos. Peel and slice shallot. Chop spinach. Slice mushrooms.
Place pizza base on pizza stone or baking tray. Spread pizza sauce over the base and then sprinkle over half the cheese. Arrange the capsicum, mushrooms, shallots, tomato, spinach and jalapenos on the pizza base then cover with remaining cheese. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until base is crispy and cheese has melted and golden.
Remove pizza from the oven. Drizzle peri peri mayonnaise over the pizza. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
