We want to use your video to help showcase and promote You Plate It. By submitting a video, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership of Content:
The content of the video you submit is original, and you have all the necessary rights to the footage and other elements within the video (such as background music or images).
The video does not infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. Consent and Privacy:
Any person appearing in the video, you have obtained their consent for their image and voice to be used in the ways outlined in these terms and conditions. Any personal information (such as names or images) shared in your video may be used in conjunction with the video.
3. Submission Requirements:
– To qualify for the store credit reward, the videos need to highlight why you love You Plate It, your favourite recipes, cooking experience or your personal experience with our meal kits.
– Videos must be submitted via the designated link here. Please note, because it involves uploading a video to the cloud, you will need to have a Google account (most people should have a YouTube or Gmail account).
– Submissions that do not meet the quality requirements (rendering them as unusable) may not be eligible for the store credit reward.
4. Video Usage Rights:
By submitting your video, you grant You Plate It unlimited rights to use, distribute, and publicly display your video in whatever way we see appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, the You Plate It website, social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), email newsletters, and paid advertising. You acknowledge that your video may be used without any time limits or restrictions, and no further compensation or notification will be provided.
