Step 1

1 Prepare Ingredients

Preheat oven to 220°C. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Thinly slice the 12 red onion (you will only need to use half the onion in this recipe). Chop half the baby spinach. Peel and mince the garlic.

Step 2

2 Prepare the Prawns

Place prawns, garlic, chilli flakes (to taste) and 1 tsp of olive oil in a bowl. Mix to coat the prawns in garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

3 Assemble the Pizza

Place pizza base on lined tray. Spread with pesto sour cream sauce. Arrange the garlic prawns, chopped spinach and half the red onion over the base, sprinkle over grated cheese. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and the base is crisp and the prawns are opaque and pink.

Step 4

4 You Plate It!

Mix together remaining spinach, cherry tomato and red onion (to your liking). Toss through the Italian salad dressing. Cut the pizza into slices and serve with the side salad.
