200 g Udon Noodles (fresh)
250 g Stir Fry Mix
1 Each Red chilli
1 Each Spring Onion
2 Tablespoon Fried Shallot
80 g Honey & Soy (GF)
250 g Pulled Beef

Frying-Pan
Kettle
Boil a kettle and soak noodles in hot water for 4 minutes, drain well. Slice spring onion. Slice chilli. Heat a pan on high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add stir-fry mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add pulled beef and noodles, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sauce making sure all ingredients are covered in sauce and warm through, about 2 minutes.
Divide noodle stir-fry between bowls, top with spring onion, fried shallot and chilli. Enjoy!
